Shipping-

All orders are handled through AUS post. Orders dispatched every Friday. 

Standard shipping comes with tracking information. Shipping price is $2.50 for all items. Should you choose purchase multiple I will provide free shipping! 

 

Customs- 

After purchasing custom pieces on Big Cartel I will be in contact with you via email to discuss your concept and pricing.

Before begin the prototype per say I do require deposit confirmation before commencing drawing.

I will talk you through every step and do my upmost to give you as much input as you want.

Once the order is taken I will get back to you with a sketch within 3 business days maximum. You can then make any touches before I finalise the piece. This time will depend on the detail!

Files are sent in JPEG and PNG format and sent through email or social media depend on your preference!
